Para ello, es necesario cumplir con los siguientes par\u00e1metros, que desarrolla habitualmente nuestro equipo:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Tiempo reducido de intervenci\u00f3n<\/b> (inferior a 60 minutos) y abordajes limitados, lo que es posible por la formaci\u00f3n y el entrenamiento de los miembros del equipo. Contribuye a reducir los riesgos de sangrado e infecci\u00f3n. El uso eventual de gu\u00edas personalizadas contribuye tambi\u00e9n a reducir el tiempo de intervenci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Control del dolor<\/b> postoperatorio merced a los protocolos del S\u00ba de Anestesia e infiltraci\u00f3n de los tejidos intervenidos con composiciones de soluciones anest\u00e9sicas y analg\u00e9sicas.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Control del sangrado<\/b> intra y postoperatorio, gracias al empleo de productos farmac\u00e9uticos (acido tranex\u00e1mico) y al cierre minucioso por planos del abordaje quir\u00fargico. Ello permite evitar situaciones de anemia postoperatoria y la necesidad de realizar transfusiones de sangre.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Control de la movilidad del implante<\/b>. Que se consigue mediante la comprobaci\u00f3n intraoperatoria del espacio en flexi\u00f3n y extensi\u00f3n y la eventual correcci\u00f3n de estos.
